2100 Hamilton is a Luxury Condo building located in Philadelphia’s Art Museum District. The project features a variety of intensive green roof systems complete with trees, grasses, and perennials. The site also includes a recreational lawn area, built-in & free-standing planters, and high-end porcelain pavers on an elevated pedestal decking system. Other amenities include two ‘Moonstone’ sculptural seating elements, winding beach pebble walkways, stabilized stone pathways, and a multi-zone irrigation system.
