Baxter Clear Well Basin is an underground water storage facility spanning over four acres at the Samuel S. Baxter Water Treatment Plant in Northeast Philadelphia. Our largest job by square footage to date, the project consists of an American Hydrotech extensive meadow green roof, custom precast concrete curbs, crushed clean stone, and a compacted gravel driveway for heavy vehicular use.
