Formerly the historic UGI Building, One City is a luxury apartment conversion centrally located at Broad & Arch Streets in Center City. The project features a rooftop amenity space with custom metal planters, irrigated intensive green roof planter system, and synthetic pet turf area. GRASS provided design assistance and installation in collaboration with Clemens.
